Billable Beast is a billable-hour timer extension. The extension is designed to keep timer records and work history local to the user's browser.
The extension stores timer records, work session history, user preferences, goal settings, theme settings, and related timer data locally in the user's Chrome browser storage. This data is used only to provide the timer, work history, export, and goal-tracking features.
The developer does not collect, receive, store, sell, or share users' timer records, work history, or goal data on any external server.
If a user chooses to activate or validate a Pro license, the extension contacts Lemon Squeezy's license API over HTTPS. The license verification request may include the license key and extension instance information needed to confirm the user's purchase status.
This license information is used only for Pro license activation and validation. Timer records and work history are not sent to Lemon Squeezy.
The extension uses the downloads permission only when the user chooses to export their work session history as a local text file. Exported files are created by the user's browser and are not sent to the developer.
The extension does not read, access, collect, or modify website content. It does not collect browsing history.
The developer does not sell user data. The developer does not use or transfer user data for advertising, unrelated purposes, creditworthiness, or lending purposes.
The use of information handled by this extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
